Creating your account + placing orders
Unfortunately, Less Than is not able to approve every account. This can be for many reasons including business type, business location or sales methods. This feature is in BETA meaning we are testing it and may encounter issues we need to fix. This may result in corrections to the application process or your order as we improve our processes.
We are currently only accepting applications within the state of Virginia at this time. Less Than does not accept international orders.
Orders you place are intended for the business related to your account and not for third-party wholesaling.
In an effort to reduce local competition, Less Than may deny an application due to a vendor being too close in proximity. If two vendors are close together and one has an additional sales channel or additional location, Less Than may grand both vendors access to wholesale. For example, if Vendor A and B are within 5 minutes of each other, but Vendor B has a second location, Vendor B will be granted access to purchase and may split their inventory between locations if they decide.
Minimums and Requirements
You must be a valid business with a Tax ID or resale certificate.
To place a wholesale order, log in, meet the initial Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of $125 for first orders or $75 for subsequent orders and check out. We’ll either ship your order or if you’re nearby, we’ll deliver your order.
Our lead time is typically 1-2 days to put your order together + the time to deliver or ship. This may be extended during holidays, busy sales days or weekend orders. We’re closed on Mondays. Please understand we have multiple sales channels (our store fronts, our website, popup events, and now wholesale) which may result in product selling out. In the event we’re unable to fill your wholesale order, you will be refunded and updated once the product is back in stock.
All orders are required to be paid in full before shipping. We do not offer net/credit terms at this time.
Returns + Exchanged
If a customer has purchased one of our items via your shop, you’re welcome to process the return with your customer according to your store policy.
If you received an item from us that is damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss.
Less Than is not responsible for damage caused during shipment outside of our local delivery service.
We’re unable to accept returns or provide credit or replace items that have been open/used.
