Caret is an incubator designed to help start ups and small businesses move from concept to viability. Through hands-on mentorship and strategic guidance, we assist entrepreneurs in conceptualizing, planning, and executing their ideas to create sustainable, thriving businesses.
After years of experience in both service and retail industries, we’ve identified key obstacles and thought processes that often hinder start ups from launching or scaling successfully. One of the biggest barriers is the unknown—navigating challenges without the right knowledge or support. While retail is our primary focus, our expertise extends to product development, manufacturing, private labeling, operational processes, and scaling strategies.

- Fashion Manufacturing & Retail: In-house fashion brand utilizing screen printing, cut-and-sew production, and operating a fashion boutique.
- Community-Based Mental Health Services: Providing supportive services within homes, schools, and office settings, as well as running a residency program for license-eligible candidates.
- Multi-location Retail, Manufacturing, & Importing: Multiple retail locations and an e-commerce platform, product manufacturing, importing, business-to-business sales, and wholesaling.
